How could writing a personal journal help me?
Hold the question in your mind. Put your pen to paper and write fast without stopping for 5 minutes.
Trust what you write. Don’t censor or change it even if it doesn’t make any sense. After 5 minutes, stop and read what you have written. What do you notice? What have you learned about yourself?
What is Journal Therapy?
